Guarantee, Performance & Technical Liability Limitation
ITORQ & ITORESQ guarantee, service support & technical responsibility apply exclusively to:
- Products manufactured by ITORQ & ITORESQ
- Products supplied under official ITORQ & ITORESQ invoice
- Products operated in accordance with prescribed safety & operating guidelines
ITORQ & ITORESQ shall not be liable for:
- Mechanical failure, operational breakdown or performance deviation
- Safety incidents or consequential losses
- Downtime, site delay, contractual penalties or indirect damages
arising from products not manufactured, supplied or authorized by ITORQ & ITORESQ.
Any claim relating to performance or failure must be supported by verifiable proof of direct procurement from ITORQ & ITORESQ.
